The Backing Plate is a trulyunique backing plate developed specifically for use with Dual Action Polishers. This backing plate has a number of features that make it a fantastic replacement or upgrade to a normal dual action plate.

The plate itself is extremely well balanced due to the multi structure and material construction, creating a extremely rigid backing. It is also extremely well ventilated that allows cool air to flow through the surface keeping the pad cooler, reducing the chance of the pad failing due to excessive heat build up.

Finally this pads real party trick is it fits all dual action machines, both short throw using the traditional 5/16″-24 thread, such as the DA8, DA9, DAS-6 , DAS-6 PRO & Shinemate ERO600 polishers, but also M8 based machines such as the DAS-6 PRO PLUS, Vertool 21e and even Rupes Bigfoot machines.

The plate is supplied with both adaptors and a replacement allen key.
